1.1. AuroMasters NV is a public limited company incorporated under Belgian law, with registered office at Kievitstraat 42, 2400 Mol, registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 1005.197.142 (hereinafter: "Company").

1.2. The Company will offer a paid online audio streaming service and platform for Immersive Music, in high sound resolution, under the name "AuroMasters" in the course of 2025. However, the Company reserves all rights to suspend and/or terminate the operation of the website www.auromasters.com (hereinafter: "Website") and/or the planned launch of the aforementioned service at any time.

Immersive Music can be described as a musical format or experience designed to envelop the listener in a three-dimensional sound field, making the sound appear to come from all sides and above the listener. Unlike traditional stereo or surround formats, Immersive Music uses both horizontal and vertical spatial audio layers to create a true sense of depth, space, and realism.

2. Intellectual property rights

2.1. The Company, and/or third parties such as rights holders with whom it enters into agreements, retain all ownership, rights and interests, including in and to the intellectual property rights (such as copyrights, trademarks, trade names, patents, etc.) associated with the Website (and/or relating to the content of this Website), including any AI functionalities, know-how and proprietary information.

2.2. The visitor to the Website is in no way entitled to reproduce (parts of) the Website, to store them in an automated file, to communicate them to the public and/or to distribute them in any form or in any way. Text and data mining of (parts of) the Website is expressly not permitted.

Any form of reproduction, communication to the public and/or distribution of all or part of the Website, by any medium whatsoever, for purposes other than its private use permitted in accordance with this Disclaimer and the applicable legislation, is expressly prohibited and the Company expressly reserves the right to take the necessary actions.
